Life is a journey full of the unexpected.

Writer. Parent. Artist. Educator. Catechist. Entrepreneur. Philosopher. Graphic Designer.

I have been many things over the past four decades. But every time I think I’ve found the one, I round the bend and find myself in brand new territory, learning a new skill, building a new thing.

On bad days, I feel confused and disoriented. I want to be one thing really well, and known for it—to build something you could see from outer space (so to speak). I wonder what my problem is, and where I took a wrong turn (s).

On good days, I try believing that’s all Divine Mercy. That my history is all a part of naming who I am, and it’s a name I’m still discovering. That I don’t have to be ashamed of my eclectic resume.

To summarize: I’m a bewildered traveler, doing the best I can, putting one foot in front of the other, and fighting to stay present on the path under my feet.
